The Moody Publishers offers a variety of professional services including, but not limited to, ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, book formatting, cover design, copyright & ISBN assistance, global distribution, and marketing.
All deliverables (manuscripts, designs, layouts, etc.) created for you are original. You retain full ownership and copyright of all final products. This means you can use, distribute, and monetize your content as you see fit. You agree to indemnify us if our work is misused in violation of third-party rights.
We strictly prohibit plagiarism. You warrant that any material you provide (e.g., ideas, source text, images) does not infringe on any third-party copyrights. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if copyright violations are suspected.
Payment is required in advance or as per the agreed project milestone schedule. The exact payment terms (deposit, milestones) will be laid out in your service agreement or contract before work begins.
Ghostwriting Orders: We will revise small segments of written material until you approve that segment. After you approve content, further revisions will be billed at an editing rate.
Editing Orders: We will revise the content to eliminate objective or technical errors. Any additional edits (beyond that) may be at our discretion.
We offer a 100% refund in certain conditions, but not unconditionally. Refunds will be voided if:
If you have accepted multiple sets of revisions, a refund will not be applicable. For partial refunds, we process 50% of the fee after verifying your quality concerns.
